Why Women Leave Men They Love: What Every Man Needs to Know

While you read this you gotta realize that as irrational and unfair as it sounds, it makes sense and there is a way to prevent it. It should also be said that this can go both ways.

A marriage counselor recently went on record to explain a recurring theme that tore relationships apart. It became so troubling to the counselor, because no one really talks about it, but it’s true, woman will leave the men they love, regardless of having children together, homes together and a seemingly normal life together.

Although they leave for many reasons, there is one that stands out head and shoulders above all others and that reason is because their husbands are not present. This is not simply because they are working 24/7 or out with their buddies or watching TV, etc. It is because they are not available on an intimate level.

The marriage councelor noted that women commonly say something along the lines of

“Someone could come and sweep me off my feet, right out from under my husband, and he wouldn’t even realize!”

Guys, this doesn’t make it right or wrong, it just is what it is. Many men are working as hard as they can to create a better life and future for their families because this is how the system works. But if you aren’t available for your wife or girlfriend on an intimate level, she is going to leave.

She needs your genuine attention, she needs to feel your presence, she needs to feel that you miss her and love her. Unfortunately there is no substitute for this innate need that woman have.

The best way to counter this problem is to literally make a schedule where you guys can be alone and have an amazing time together. No distractions, no external influences — nothing —just each other. That means putting cell phones off, unplugging from everything else “out there” and then plugging solely into one another.

You have to take a genuine interest and not look at it like it’s a job. Re-fall back in love and make your romance and relationship a journey that yous take together, intentionally and powerfully. The only time things grow dull and ordinary is if we allow them to.
