According to Jacob Rothschild, his ancestors are responsible for the creation of Israel. During a recent interview, he explained that they, “helped pave the way for the creation of Israel,” by forcing the British Government to sign the Balfour Declaration in 1917.
Many people have accused the Rothschild’s of creating the scenario which birthed WWI. Once the war began, and Britain was showing signs of trouble, the family then promised the British Government they could have the U.S enter into the war to aid Britain in achieving victory over Germany. However, they would need to hand over any control they had over Palestine to the Zionists.
According to the Balfour Declaration which followed, “His Majesty’s government view with favor the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, and will use their best endeavors to facilitate the achievement of this object.”
The Times of Israel reported that Lord Rothschild’s cousin, Dorothy, who was “devoted to Israel” aided Zionist leader Chaim Weizmann in his endeavor by explaining how to integrate and manipulate the British establishment.
“[Weizmann] gets to Balfour,” Rothschild described, “and unbelievably, he persuades Lord Balfour, and Lloyd George, the prime minister, and most of the ministers, that this idea of a national home for Jews should be allowed to take place. I mean it’s so, so unlikely.”
The Balfour declaration “changed the course of history for the Middle East,” according to Ambassador Taub. Furthermore, the Times reported that Rothschild explained that his family was divided over the idea of Israel, due to some members of the family members who “didn’t think it was a good thing that this national home is established there.”
While it took five drafts, according to Rothschild, the Declaration eventually went through on November 2, 1917. Alison Weir explained in her book, “Against Our Better Judgement: The Hidden History the U.S. Was Used to Create Israel, how the declarations went back and fourth to Zionists in the U.S and Britain before it was finalized. Furthermore, the main writer of the document was Zionist Leopold Amery.
