The piler cysts, which are benign, were spliced open by the crack doctor who then poked about inside trying to find a way to get them out.
The grizzly footage reveals three cysts, each one increasing in size, oozing out of the patient’s scalp.
The first is removed fairly easily by Dr Pimple Popper, whose real name is Sandra Lee, before being stitched up.
But when the second cyst is cut open, its true size is revealed.
A seemingly endless trail of skin and membrane spurts out of the poor woman’s head as the doctor prods with her scalpel.
And the task gets even more difficult when the third cyst proves to be under the back of the scalpel – which Dr Lee says is covered with a thicker layer of skin.
In the video she can be heard saying: “It’s under there, I need to use a special stitch to grab it, it doesn’t want me to grab it.”
After using a trio of frightening tools, Dr Lee is eventually able to extract the whole cyst.
And after the surgery is over, the patient is then presented with a table topped by all three cysts so she can compare the sizes.
Dr Lee says: “Two of them were about the same size and one was smaller – see your little friends here.
“This one was the first one on the top and the front – the insides are just skin really that flakes off, it’s like a chickpea almost.
“The second one was the one that’s inflamed and then the last one I’ve already popped – it’s kind of like a macadamia nut.”
