Friday 13th marks the end of a seven day Jewish holiday – The Feast of Tabernacles – and following this, the apocalypse will begin on Earth.
According to the Daily Star, Christians have been prowling through the bible and following the Feast of the Tabernacles, which runs from October 5 through to October 12 – Jesus will return to Earth and punish those who have not kept faith.
It points to a verse from Zechariah from the Hebrew Bible, which reads: “The Lord will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.
“This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.”
Following this, those who do not believe in Christ will be condemned to Hell, according to a verse from Revelations.
The verse says: “His tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did sat them to the Earth, and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for her to devour her child as soon as it was born.
“And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a roll of iron, and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.”
Said child is supposedly Jesus, who Christians believe could arrive today.
Other Christians have pointed to the passing of asteroid 2012 TC4, which they believed would mark the apocalypse on October 13.
TC4 passed between the moon and the Earth at a breathtakingly close distance of just 31,000 miles from our planet.
And Christian conspiracy theorists believe the asteroid’s arrival will mark the beginning of the end of the world.
A blog ran by poet Mel Brake says the passing of the asteroid was a sign in the sky Mother Mary is to return and the apocalypse will begin.
The website says that October will mark the 100 year anniversary of ‘Our Lady of Fatima’.
In 1917, between May and October, three young Portuguese shepherds were said to have been visited by Mother Mary who provided them with visions of the apocalypse.
Mr Brake’s blog points to Revelation 12:1 which says that a “sign” will appear in the heavens before a woman comes and provides great anguish to those on Earth – the woman being the Virgin Mary in this instance.
The Bible passage 12:1–2 reads: “And a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of 12 stars. She was pregnant and was crying out in birth pains and the agony of giving birth.”
The blog post reads: “The message is clear have we a choice between light or dark, and since 100 years of Mother Mary’s appearance to the three little children of Fatima.
“When the Woman Clothed in The Sun returns in October 13, 2017 what will she return as a crying and sorrowful Mother or a loving and happy Mother because we her children have embraced her gift of love: The Fatima Gift.”
